How does FlexiWork handle Employment Rights Act compliance?

The Employment Rights Act 2025 is new — most UK businesses are already non-compliant. Competitors charge £30–50/month extra for compliance modules. FlexiWork includes it free on every plan.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at £17.50/month for up to 15 workers during early access (full price £35). Growth is £32.50/mo for up to 50 workers, Scale is £55/mo for up to 150. All plans include both Rota and Wages. Early access pricing is 50% off for 6 months — your rate is then locked for 12 months.
Will my staff actually use it?
Yes. The interface is intentionally simple — if your team uses WhatsApp, they can use FlexiWork. Most businesses see full team adoption within 48 hours, with no training sessions needed.
What does Wages actually calculate?
Wages calculates pay based on the rules you set — hourly rates, overtime multipliers, additional pay types, and any leave types in your employment contracts. You configure the rules, FlexiWork does the maths and produces a wage-ready report for your payroll provider. It is not a payroll bureau — full payroll submission is coming as a future add-on.
Do you support multiple venues?
Yes — unlimited venues on every plan. You pay based on your total number of workers across all locations, not the number of sites. Add venues as you grow with no change to your subscription.
What is the Agency platform and how does it work?
Agency lets you post uncovered shifts to a network of verified UK workers. Workers apply, you approve — shift covered, typically fast. It's free to use on any plan (including no plan at all). We charge a 15% fee on the worker's pay only when you actually book through the platform — no subscription required, no markups on top.
What happens to my price after early access?
Your early access rate (50% off) runs for 6 months from your trial start date. After that, your rate moves to the full plan price — but it's locked at that level for 12 months. We give you at least 60 days notice before any pricing change, and we'll never increase without telling you first.
Can I leave if it's not right for us?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no lock-in. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. We want you here because it works for your business — not because you're stuck.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign up, pick your plan, and use the full platform free for 30 days — no credit card needed. At the end of your trial, you add your card and your early access pricing kicks in. If you don't add a card, your account pauses and your data is kept safe for 30 days.
